No-Show and Cancellation Policy for Services At Luxe, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To ensure that our time and your appointment are respected, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following no-show and cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer the spot to other clients on our waitlist. No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a 30% fee of the service cost. This is to cover the time and resources set aside for your appointment. If you paid a deposit for that appointment and you fail to show up, you forfeit the deposit paid. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduled appointment, and the full service fee will still apply. Repeat Offenders: If you no-show more than two times, we may require a non-refundable deposit for any future appointments. The deposit will be credited toward your service. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
